Job Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

Location: 2211 Executive Dr., Hampton, VA (Outpatient Clinic)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Essential Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans based on each child's strengths and needs.
• Provide evidence-based interventions addressing fine-motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, and functional participation skills.
• Monitor progress and update treatment plans, goals, and recommendations as clinically appropriate.
• Educate parents and caregivers on home strategies, carryover activities, and therapeutic recommendations.
• Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, BCBAs, physicians, educators, and other members of the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely, and payer-compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain professional licensure, certification, and continuing-education requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted Virginia Occupational Therapy license.
• Current NBCOT certification.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a pediatric outpatient setting.
