Job Description
The right applicant is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. Mechanical aptitude is necessary. Good attendance is a must.
Duties included are, but not limited to:
- Responsible for promoting safety awareness and keeping safety as a number one priority.
- Responsible for setup of stamping press.
- Responsible for the overall operation of press including troubleshooting of equipment.
- Maintain a high standard for quality and an understanding of the types of defects that will affect product performance for our customers.
- Complete daily and other required paperwork
- Use a tablet to record production and create tags.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Stable work history
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems.
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to climb, kneel, bend, squat
- Must be able to grasp, push, pull and have fine motor skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
