Project Engineer / Construction Manager – Drive Heavy Civil & Infrastructure Projects for Rumler Civil Construction

Job Overview:

• Company: Rumler Civil Construction Inc
• Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000 - $90,000 per year (Salary) (based on experience)
• Location: Parker, Colorado, with occasional travel to project sites in other states for short-term visits
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time
• Project Scope: Data Center/Industrial
• Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License

The Opportunity :

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of high-impact heavy civil, industrial, and municipal infrastructure projects. As part of a fast-growing team, you will manage vital operations while directly influencing company growth. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Oversee site operations across complex bridge, water treatment, and renewable energy builds.
• Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure strict adherence to project schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve field issues and maintain safety standards.
• Track project progress, resource allocation, and material management to control costs.
• Communicate directly with clients, subcontractors, and field crews to drive outcomes.
• Utilize dedicated tech packages to streamline job site reporting and workflow tracking.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Open to entry-level candidates with strong foundational knowledge of construction principles.
• Ability to work onsite and manage day-to-day heavy civil construction activities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a field setting.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2+ years of experience in heavy civil, highway, or industrial construction.
• Familiarity with safety compliance, project scheduling, and structural engineering workflows.
• A team player with desire to grow within the company
