Comprehensive Care: Provide high-quality general dentistry, including the use of same-day crown technology and CBCT scanning.

Patient Management: Manage a consistent flow of 50-60 new patients per month, maintaining a productive and efficient clinical schedule.

Clinical Autonomy: Exercise professional judgment in diagnosing and treating dental issues, diseases, and conditions.

Collaboration: Work in tandem with a highly skilled, long-term support staff to ensure seamless patient transitions and top-tier service.

Education: Doctoral degree in dental medicine (DMD) or dental surgery (DDS).

Licensure: A valid South Dakota state license to practice dentistry (or eligibility to obtain one).

Technical Skill: Proficiency with modern dental equipment, specifically CBCT and digital CAD/CAM systems.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a compassionate bedside manner, and meticulous attention to detail.

Organization: Strong time-management skills to thrive in a high-volume clinical environment.

Working Hours
