We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to support customer interactions and strengthen account relationships for a growing team in Georgia. This contract position with permanent potential is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating order details, and working closely with sales and operations to deliver a high-quality experience. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for product questions, order support, and account development while helping maintain responsive and accurate service.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, quotes, and expected lead times with professionalism and urgency.
• Build a clear understanding of customer goals and business needs in order to recommend appropriate solutions and support long-term satisfaction.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up communication for existing clients and prospective customers as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, usage applications, inventory status, and pricing details to provide accurate guidance.
• Partner with outside sales representatives to grow current accounts and identify opportunities to expand business relationships.
• Verify specifications and order details with customers or the regional sales manager before entering information accurately into company systems.
• Prepare production-related order documentation based on purchase orders and projected customer demand to support operational planning.
• Work closely with production teams to help ensure materials are available and orders are delivered on schedule.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer communication, including issue resolution, account support, and service-related follow-up.• Experience in customer service, client support, account coordination, or a related customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel, including practical use of formulas for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable supporting billing-related questions, complaint resolution, and general account management activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities, confirm technical details accurately, and maintain reliable records.
• Sales awareness and relationship-building skills with the ability to contribute to business growth efforts.
