Job Description
Title: EP Lab RN

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Preferred experience as a circulator
- Skills in EP lab procedures, arrhythmia induction, cardioversion, pacemaker/AICD insertion and programming, procedural sedation administration and monitoring, and tilt-table testing

Compliance / Notes:
- Candidate documents required: SSN, DOB
- Requested time off: up to 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; more may require client approval
- Must commit to working 3 of these 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
- References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment
- Return-staff policy: 3 months between permanent and travel assignments
