MHS is seeking licensed Psychologists (Clinical or School) to join our dedicated Psychological Services team. At MHS, youll be part of a mission-driven community that upholds the values of integrity, compassion, and excellence. In this role, youll provide direct care, crisis intervention, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, pediatricians, and social workers to deliver holistic, coordinated mental health support in a resource-rich and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  Deliver direct and indirect psychological services to assigned students

\n
• \n

  Conduct assessments of psychopathology, risk, and incidents

\n
• \n

  Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans

\n
• \n

  Participate in a shared on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support

\n
• \n

  Collaborate with psychiatrists, pediatricians, social workers, and educators

\n
• \n

  Provide consultation and training to staff and student sponsors

\n
• \n

  Advocate for students mental health and safety

\n

\n

Location: On-site in Hershey, PA

\n

Salary rage based on Degree & Experince: $79,894 - $143,15 plus on call pay. Comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 403(b) with employer contribution, paid time off, wellness programs, and free lunches.

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• \n

  Master's degree in psychology and current licensure as a psychologist required; Doctoral degree in psychology, strongly preferred.

\n
• \n

  Minimum 3 years of experience in therapy and assessment, preferably in a clinical or school setting

\n
• \n

  Strong crisis intervention and evidence-based therapy skills

\n
• \n

  Proficiency in psychological testing and treatment planning

\n
• \n

  Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills

\n
• \n

  Availability for on-site hours and on-call rotation

\n
• \n

  High ethical standards and sound professional judgment, serving as a role model for MHS students.
