As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Detail in El Paso, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This role blends customer service, communication, and mobile patrol responsibilities while supporting a caring team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, administrative spaces, access points, and the perimeter, remaining aware of changing conditions common to a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Support site operations by communicating clearly with site representatives and Allied Universal leadership, completing required logs and reports, and following post instructions for hazardous or sensitive environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
