Functie omschrijving Productie Manager / HENRI Ben jij een ervaren people-manager met passie voor foodproductie en procesverbetering? Krijg jij energie van het aanbrengen van structuur in een dynamische, dagverse productieomgeving en het bouwen van sterke teams? Dan is dit jouw volgende stap! Als Productie Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en optimalisatie van het volledige productieproces (ca. 50 FTE). Je rapporteert aan de Manager Operations en geeft leiding aan meerdere productieteams, waaronder voorbereiding, kookafdeling, afvullen en inpakken. Je realiseert de productieplanning binnen afgesproken normen voor kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, kosten en levertijd. Je bewaakt de voortgang, signaleert knelpunten en stuurt tijdig bij. Daarnaast coach je teamleiders en medewerkers en werk je continu aan verbeteringen op basis van KPI’s zoals efficiency, rendement, uitval en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Je werkt intensief samen met QA, Technische Dienst, Bedrijfsbureau en Logistiek. Bedrijfsprofiel Henri ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige kant-en-klare soepen, sauzen en maaltijdcomponenten voor de professionele markt en strategische partners. De organisatie telt ongeveer 70 medewerkers en kenmerkt zich door een informele, ondernemende en betrokken cultuur. Henri maakt samen met Sushi Ran en StarCuisine deel uit van Bracamonte Convenience Kitchen, een sterke speler binnen de groeiende convenience foodmarkt. Je bent een hands-on leider met oog voor mens én proces. Je communiceert helder, bent besluitvaardig en weet mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen.
