At Marzoni's Brick Oven & Brewery, our mission is to provide good food, good beer, and good times to our guests. We have been committed to achieving this goal since 2003, and are looking for hardworking individuals to join in this mission as part of our dish team. Whether you have prior dishwashing experience or are interested in taking on a new challenge, we provide the training and tools to ensure that each one of our team members is successful in their role.
Position duties:
- Complies with Marzoni's safety and sanitation standards
- Scraping, racking, washing, and unloading dishware
- Ensures all areas of the restaurant are stocked with clean dishware
- Maintains upkeep of bus stations
- Clears and maintains work stations and equipment
- Empties garbage
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed
