The Arc Ontario Residential Program Supervisor Salary: $22.08 - $23.51 per hourPosition Overview: As a Residential Program Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of a residential home while supporting individuals in living safe, meaningful, and fulfilling lives. You will guide and mentor direct care staff, coordinate active programming, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure strong communication with families, managers, and clinical partners. Your responsibilities include participating in hiring, training, scheduling, quality assurance, and emergency support, along with providing hands‑on assistance in daily living skills, community outings, health‑related needs, and behavior support plans.
