Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations, incorporating clinical interviews, standardized tools, and client history to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to address a wide range of mental health issues.
- Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals and regularly evaluate progress, ensuring that treatment plans are dynamic and responsive to client feedback.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of assessment results, therapy sessions, and progress notes in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including webinars, workshops, and peer consultations, to stay current with the latest research and practices in mental health care.

The clients you will work with may present a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications
- Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to cultivate trust and rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
- A compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor, demonstrating empathy towards clients' experiences and promoting a sense of safety and comfort during therapy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a manageable caseload while adhering to documentation timelines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience conducting teletherapy sessions using digital platforms, with a preference for familiarity with current telehealth technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and understanding of the cultural factors that influence mental health.
- Experience in providing therapy in a private practice or community mental health setting is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Attractive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
