Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations, incorporating clinical interviews, standardized tools, and client history to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to address a wide range of mental health issues.
• Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals and regularly evaluate progress, ensuring that treatment plans are dynamic and responsive to client feedback.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of assessment results, therapy sessions, and progress notes in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including webinars, workshops, and peer consultations, to stay current with the latest research and practices in mental health care.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to cultivate trust and rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• A compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor, demonstrating empathy towards clients' experiences and promoting a sense of safety and comfort during therapy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a manageable caseload while adhering to documentation timelines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience conducting teletherapy sessions using digital platforms, with a preference for familiarity with current telehealth technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and understanding of the cultural factors that influence mental health.
• Experience in providing therapy in a private practice or community mental health setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
