Sports Instructor

Overview At The Little Gym, we are looking for an energetic, playful, and positive Part-time Sports Instructor to help us build strong, confident kids (2–10 years old) while having an absolute blast doing it. Responsibilities Leading fun, high-energy classes (obstacle courses, sports, gymnastic basics, games & cheering) Helping kids grow physically, mentally and socially (we call it “Serious Fun”) Being the reason a kid leaves class saying, "That was the BEST day ever!" Being dependable, energetic and passionate about both sports and working with children Providing strong customer service to assist with enrolling new customers, answering inquiries by phone/email, and parent communication Working well in a team environment Qualifications Love working with kids (and can match their energy) Ability to follow a proven curriculum A willingness to be a little silly Ability to lead a group, keep things organized, and bring enthusiasm Background in sports, cheer or gymnastics (preferred) Benefits Bonus based on performance Flexible scheduling Pay based on experience The chance to make a real impact on a child’s life Birthday Parties on weekends with tips in addition to pay All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
