Your Role

As a Medical Monitor, you are essential to maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients to ensure safety and well-being throughout the shift
• Confirm all patients return from curfew on time
• Accurately document patient activity in the EMR system
• Keep clear, detailed records of patient status
• Provide professional, respectful, and supportive interactions
• Follow all program procedures to maintain order and safety
• Report concerns or unusual behaviors promptly

What We Need (Reliability is CRITICAL)

We're looking for individuals who take attendance and responsibility seriously.

Required:

• Experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles
• Strong people skills and professionalism
• Customer service mindset (empathetic, patient, calm)
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation accuracy
• Ability to work independently on overnight shifts
• Willingness to learn/use EMR systems

Preferred (But Not Required):

• EMR experience
• Proven track record of reliability and consistent attendance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stay composed in fast-paced environments

Shifts Available (Immediate Need)

• 4:00 PM 12:00 AM
• 12:00 AM 8:00 AM

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartford, CT.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
