Dental Receptionist - Northern Colorado Endodontics Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice. Northern Colorado Endodontics has been serving our community for 30 years with dedication to patient care. Our practice is constantly pursuing growth and expanding access to endodontic care in our region. Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 7:15am-4:15pm Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications We Offer Competitive Compensation Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts Life & Disability Insurance Employee Assistance & Wellness Programs Additional Voluntary Benefits And More! The salary range for this role is $18-$22 per hour.
