Intelligence Mission Data Program Analyst – About the Position: Hyperion Solutions Group is seeking an Intelligence Mission Data Program Analyst who can research, analyze, and evaluate data to produce detailed and/or short‑fused studies, presentations, information papers, decision papers, assessments, and technical reports. Work may include the use of existing documents, databases, models, architectures and simulations. The ideal candidate will collect, monitor and study data to create custom reports that identify trends, highlight changes in posture or procedures, identify evolving or new capabilities, and identify threats and risks. Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules. Incumbent may also be required to attend various types of meetings at the Directorate level. The right candidate will have an active TS/SCI Clearance, at least ten (10) years of experience as an Army Intelligence analyst with experience at the tactical through strategic levels. The ideal candidate will collect, monitor and study data to create custom reports that identify trends, highlight changes in posture or procedures, identify evolving or new capabilities, and identify threats and risks. Candidate must have demonstrated SME level of knowledge of Army Aerial ISR (AISR) aircraft (QRC and POR) and sensor capabilities/employment, latest AISR R&D efforts and GDIP budget process. Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules. Incumbent may also be required to attend various types of meetings at the ARSTAF and DOD level. The right candidate will have an active TS/SCI Clearance, at least fourteen (14) years of experience as an Army Intelligence analyst with experience at the tactical through strategic levels. Required: Must have active TS/SCI clearance Knowledge of OSD, Joint and Army organization roles, missions and functions Demonstrated experience with AISR platform and sensor fielding processes and schedules Demonstrated knowledge of Joint and Army processes – POM, PPBE, JROC, JCIDS, MIP, NIP, TAA, PED, JUONS/ONS and CONOPS Demonstrated briefing and writing skills Experience in preparation and presentation of briefings on projects, studies and analysis to senior leaders and other ARSTAF action officers Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree; advanced intelligence disciplines training; or other equivalent DoD or service Intelligence experience Fourteen (14) years of experience as an Army Intelligence analyst with experience from tactical to strategic Has served as a staff action officer at the HQDA (DCS, G-2 preferred) or Joint or a closely related DOD organization/agency Experience shall have been within Two (2) years of starting on this contract Graduate from the Command and General Staff College or similar Senior Staff College Intelligence Analyst – Language – About the Position: Hyperion Solutions Group is seeking an Intelligence Analyst – Language who can execute, and on occasion, lead research, analysis, and evaluation efforts to produce studies, assessments and technical reports. Research efforts may include the use of existing documents, databases, models, architectures and simulations. Candidate must also be able to develop security policy, procedures, guidelines, strategic documentation, and security training. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of roles, missions and functions of Intelligence organizations, and TRADOC. Candidate must be capable of conducting research and drafting executive summaries, presentations, information papers, and decision papers for senior leadership. Incumbent must provide mid to high-level analytical assessment and advice on complex issues, which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter. Candidate must have demonstrated ability to break down complex concepts, generate conclusions from disparate information, and succinctly provide key information to leadership. Incumbent must be able to identify potential business process improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency and data quality. May attend various types of symposia and meetings at the ARSTAF and DOD level. Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules. Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules. Candidate must also have at least ten (10) years of experience as an Army Intelligence or similar intelligence analytical experience at the tactical through strategic levels.
