Build trusted, long‑term relationships through proactive advice and exceptional client service. Lead financial planning reviews and guide clients through complex financial decisions. Engage with qualified, firm‑generated prospects and help convert opportunities into long‑term client relationships. Collaborate with the firm's integrated tax professionals to deliver a more comprehensive client experience. Mentor and support the development of junior advisors while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Partner with leadership to enhance planning processes, client experience, and firm scalability. What We're Looking For: 7+ years of wealth advisory experience serving high-net-worth clients. Demonstrated expertise in comprehensive financial planning and complex client engagements. Strong relationship management and business development skills. Proven ability to build trust and maintain long‑term client relationships. Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing other advisors.
