Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience - State Medical license of Ohio (OH)
- Must be clean Malpractice Required
- Must indicate whether the provider requires J1 or H1B visa support Required
Independent Contractor (1099):
Hourly Rate: $250/hour (all-inclusive)
Guaranteed Shifts
Optional Night Shift Bonus: +$10/hour for working all night shifts
No employee benefits (contractor status)
Hourly Rate: $240/hour
