$2176.00/week - Job Summary: The Medical Technologist (MT) is responsible for performing and reporting laboratory tests in accordance with established guidelines within a clinical laboratory setting. This role ensures accurate, timely results to support patient diagnosis and care. Responsibilities: Conduct complex laboratory tests accurately using appropriate techniques and equipment. Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring quality and precision. Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments regularly to ensure optimal performance. Document all testing procedures and results in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and improve laboratory workflows. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures at all times. Qualifications: Hold a valid Medical Technologist certification or equivalent credential. Possess at least 1 year of relevant laboratory experience preferred. Demonstrate proficiency with laboratory instruments and data analysis. Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
