Avanti Residential Leasing Specialist Avanti Residential is looking for a Leasing Specialist to manage and lead in‑person tours, sell units, encourage application submissions, and improve occupancy. The Specialist will also support the move‑in experience and enhance community curb appeal. What You’ll Do Conduct in‑person tours and perform warm hand‑off for scheduled tours; keep the Funnel/Outlook calendar updated. Build rapport with prospective and current residents, address concerns, provide accurate policy information, and ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to move‑in, contributing to high resident satisfaction and positive NPS scores. Use property management software, digital marketing tools, and leasing platforms to track leads, manage applications, and maintain accurate records; leverage technology to enhance workflow, monitor occupancy trends, and support marketing strategies. Plan and facilitate resident events, coordinate outreach programs, and stay aware of resident needs to foster a welcoming and engaged community. Identify and resolve resident concerns, from maintenance issues to service inquiries, with a solution‑oriented approach, communicating clearly, following up promptly, and ensuring full resolution. Requirements High School diploma or GED required. 2+ years of customer service experience preferred. 1+ years of sales experience preferred. Effective written, phone, and computer communication skills. Proficiency with technology, including computer software and iPad. Pass a criminal background screening prior to employment. Valid driver's license and up‑to‑date vehicle insurance or reliable transportation required.
