We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Affordable Housing Leasing Agent professionals preferably with Onesite knowledge. YieldStar knowledge is a great plus! We have an opening at one of our beautiful Affordable Housing properties, which is a premiere apartment community in Las Vegas with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents. Position Requirements Must have 3 years Leasing Agent experience LIHTC / Section 42 experience preferred Show and lease apartments Achieve resident satisfaction through communication, responsiveness to needs, and professionalism Proper execution of policies and procedures Administrative duties Strong communication/computer skills Exceptional organization skills Ability to multi task Excellent customer service skills Professional Appearance Ability to work well with managers and other personnel Company Benefits We offer competitive salaries, career growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
