Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Skilled Nursing

Per Diem/PRN (As Needed) | Minimum Requirement: 1 Shift Per Month

Pay: $27.50/hour

What You'll Do:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll provide compassionate nursing care to residents while supporting a team of Nursing Assistants to ensure exceptional quality of care.

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing services according to physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident health, perform assessments, and report changes in condition to the appropriate clinical team.
• Supervise and provide guidance to STNAs to ensure safe, effective, and resident-centered care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete resident admissions, documentation, charting, and other required clinical records accurately and timely.
• Promote resident safety and well-being by following infection prevention, emergency response, and regulatory compliance procedures.

Qualifications as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current State of Ohio LPN license
• One or more years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
