Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ephrata, Washington

Hospital based IP/OP setting, 50/50 mix

Fulltime, 40 hours per week

CCC-SLP preferred

Pay range $45/hr - $60/hr, depending on experience

Flexible $15,000 Career Bonus: You'll earn up to $15,000 in additional financial benefits over your first three years use it for retention bonus, sign-on bonus, or student loan repayment, or your personal development

FEES on-site. Swallow evals in hospital (both bedside and with imaging)

Will treat all populations, including pediatrics

Speech-Language Pathologist Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients' families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department

Speech Language Pathologist Job Requirements:

• Master's degree (M. A. or M. S.) in Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or be eligible for such.
