Public Relations Strategist

$2,500 to $3,500 per month, with room to grow + potential equity eligibility after 12 months About Rosarium Rosarium Collective is a boutique PR and marketing agency in Tampa Bay. We help founders, executives, and growing brands build visibility and authority through strategic public relations, personal branding, and relationship-driven marketing. Our clients range from healthcare innovators and real estate developers to tech founders, nonprofits, and luxury brands. We are small, we move fast, and we get genuinely invested in the people we represent. The Opportunity This is a part-time role built for someone who wants more than part-time impact. You will end own PR execution and client relationships across a handful of accounts, working directly alongside our Founder and CEO. As Rosarium grows, this role is designed to grow with it: expanded hours, senior leadership, and equity in the agency. We are looking for someone who wants to help build something, not just fill a job description. About The Role Media Relations and Placements Develop story angles and write pitches that get journalists to say yes Build and maintain relationships with reporters, editors, producers, and podcast hosts Own outreach, follow-up, interview coordination, and placement tracking Pursue earned media across local, trade, and national outlets Client Communication and Account Leadership Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients Lead client meetings, build agendas, and send recaps with clear next steps Keep accounts moving so momentum never depends on one person Anticipate client needs and surface opportunities before they have to ask Events and On-Site Content Represent Rosarium at client events, conferences, launches, and speaking engagements Direct client content shoots alongside our photographers, videographers, and social team Build shot lists, talking points, and interview questions ahead of shoots Prepare clients for interviews, panels, and other public-facing moments Spot real-time PR, content, and relationship opportunities while on site Who We Are Seeking 3 or more years in public relations, communications, or media relations, ideally agency side A track record of earned media placements you personally secured Comfort leading client meetings and representing agency leadership independently Strong organization and follow-through across multiple accounts at once Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions without waiting for approval Based in Tampa Bay, with availability for occasional evening, weekend events, or even travel out of state Experience with content shoots, events, or executive support is a plus Growth & Equity We want to be transparent about where this goes.
