Behavioral Health Care Navigator & Discharge Coordinator

Kaiser Permanente in Atlanta, GA is seeking a discharge planning and medical necessity reviewer for behavioral health, alcohol & drug, and dual diagnosis services across inpatient, partial hospital, and external outpatient care.
