Assistant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous QSR restaurant experience required
- Management experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Assistant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations with a focus on high-quality, consistent food production
- Train and develop both kitchen and front-of-house team members on procedures and standards
- Ensure all cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory standards are met
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all channels and lead by example
- Recruit, hire, and coach team members to reach performance and sales goals
- Motivate and support the team on every shift to foster a positive environment
