In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and partner closely with leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the business. You’ll play an important role in delivering a great candidate experience while supporting business growth in a fast-paced, evolving environment.### Essential Responsibilities* Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding transition.* Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.* Source and attract candidates through recruiting platforms, employee referrals, networking, events, direct outreach, and other sourcing channels.* Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and team needs.* Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.* Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring demands.* Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate records, and provide reporting and hiring insights as needed.* Support recruiting events, on-site hiring activities, and employer branding initiatives.* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment practices.* Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and drive operational efficiency.### Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.* 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience.* Experience recruiting in manufacturing, industrial, operations, or other fast-paced environments preferred.* Experience recruiting in union and non-union environments preferred.* Experience supporting a startup, rapidly growing, or changing organization is highly desirable.* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.* High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.* Self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment.**At Illuminate USA, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
