We are currently seeking Automotive Receptionists to join our team. Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones
• Greet and receive service and parts departments customers.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the Service and Parts Department teams.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in scheduling customers for service appointments.
• Assist with making out going to schedule customers that have services due or missed appointments.

Requirements

• Previous call center or switchboard experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and positive demeanor
• Professional presentation
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
• Fast paced environment
• A clean driving record & valid driver's license
• A professional appearance
