Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and making a meaningful difference in patient care? We're seeking a dependable, patient-centered Field Technician to support our team by delivering, installing, and demonstrating durable medical equipment (DME) to patients in their homes or healthcare facilities.

· Deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment such as oxygen, hospital beds, mobility aids, and related supplies.

· Educate patients and caregivers on safe and proper operation of equipment.

· Ensure all equipment is clean, in good working condition, and compliant with company standards.

· Document deliveries, service activities, and patient interactions accurately and promptly.

· Maintain a professional, compassionate presence while working in homes and care settings.

· Respond to after-hours or urgent service needs when scheduled for on-call shifts (if applicable).

· Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

· Other duties as needed.

A reliable, self-directed individual with strong customer service skills.

Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment up to 75 lbs.

Comfortable working in patient homes and healthcare environments.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Previous DME or healthcare-related field experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person.
