Warehouse AssociateSelect, pack and place product on pallets while adhering to USDA Safety and Sanitation Regulations and customer specifications.Work Schedule: Sunday 4:45pm - Until Completion and Monday -Thursday 5:45pm - Until Completion ; Rotating FridaysStarting Pay: $20.00/hrEssential Duties And Responsibilities:Maintain the pallet areas of the warehouseUnload and stage the backhaul loads when neededGeneral organization of the docksAssist with short running and sub labelsAbility to work as an order selector when necessarySelect and pack orders per customer specificationScan product as directed to capture required dataTransport product in warehouse and production floor utilizing assigned equipmentSort, organize, repack, track, weigh and break down various products to assist production as neededShip and receive product utilizing assigned material handling equipmentPerform various facility sanitation duties as requiredOperate assigned production equipment when neededQualifications:Education/Training: High School Diploma/GED preferred. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations. Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Must be able to work continually in a refrigerated environment 35°F- 45°F. Must be able to work for periods of time in a freezer environment -10°F to +10°F with company provided apparel. Finish time is when work is completed and could require overtime with or without notice.Related Experience/Requirements: Minimum one year production and/or warehouse experience required, preferably in a food environment, some computer experience a plusKnowledge/Skills/Abilities: Perform various roles including activities such as product receiving and selection, packaging, sorting, reboxing, marination, further processing and facility sanitation while adhering to company manufacturing requirements and safety regulationsCompensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is $20.00/hr.
