Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse — Long Term Care, Florence, Alabama. This travel - temporary assignment is a local opportunity in a long-term care setting starting 08/03/2026 for four weeks. Weekly pay: $691-$758 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting under supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; track responses and document administration
- Monitor vital signs, assess for changes in condition, and report findings promptly
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and contribute to care planning and goal attainment
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in health records; ensure legibility and compliance with policies
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient safety, infection control, and quality of care

Requirements
- Active LPN license in Alabama
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work a 3x12-hour night shift schedule
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to work in a local, fast-paced care setting and collaborate with the care team
