Are you a licensed Physical Therapist looking for an opportunity to impact lives through evidence-based, compassionate care? Join our Adult Outpatient Rehabilitation team in North Central New Mexico, where you'll work in a collaborative environment dedicated to helping adult patients recover mobility, improve function, and live pain-free.

This full-time role is ideal for PTs who are passionate about functional recovery and personalized therapy programs. Work alongside a dedicated team of clinicians and make a daily difference in a region known for its vibrant culture and natural beauty.

What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments for adult patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical needs
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans and implement a variety of techniques, including strength training, gait and balance therapy, and manual treatments
• Apply therapeutic modalities such as cryotherapy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and soft tissue mobilization
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise routines and preventive strategies
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of care using EMR systems
• Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care delivery
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and support staff as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and equipment protocols

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's)

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Mexico
• Current BLS certification (AHA)

Experience: Outpatient or orthopedic rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome)

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to build rapport with adult patients and guide long-term recovery
• Proficient in documentation and use of EMR systems
