Overview Outpatient Manager An Outpatient Manager is needed in Burlington, KS. Conduct performance evaluations and monitor staff productivity, caseloads, and documentation compliance. Provide direct therapy to a personal caseload while maximizing team efficiency and client placements. Represent the agency at local/state meetings, build community partnerships, and deliver presentations as needed. Maintain accurate records, submit timely reports, and ensure compliance with state and agency standards. Model professionalism, foster positive relationships, and support staff growth. Pursue ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and skills.
