Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate No Experience Required

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency looking for Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associates to join our energetic, purpose-driven team!

This is a no-experience-needed, full-time opportunity offering paid training , rapid career growth, and hands-on experience working with top nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands.

✅ What You’ll Do:

• Represent well-known nonprofits and ethical brands at local events, retail activations, and community outreach programs

• Execute face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns to raise awareness and drive donations or product engagement

• Build rapport with donors and customers, delivering excellent service and brand education

• Assist with lead generation, customer acquisition , and supporter follow-up

• Track campaign performance using basic CRM tools and reporting software

• Collaborate with your team to meet sales goals and exceed expectations
