Apartment Make-Ready Technician — On-Call & Detail-Oriented

Valiant Residential is seeking a Make Ready to restore vacated apartments to market-ready status in a timely manner. Responsibilities include inspecting units, making repairs, replacing fixtures, and assisting with trash-out and painting tasks. Requirements include at least 1 year of related experience, strong English communication, and a valid driver's license. On-call availability and reliable transportation are needed.
