Location: Concord, NH

Pay: $30–$40 per hour, based on experience and skills

Ciborowski Associates is seeking an experienced person in Property Maintenance to keep our properties well maintained and operating at peak performance. We’re looking for a hands-on professional who takes pride in solving problems, maintaining high standards, and supporting a great work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Job entails maintenance and renovations on Ciborowski Associates properties located in downtown Concord, NH.
• Work with a small but great team either together or independently on renovations or repair items.
• Complete service requests promptly and communicate effectively with staff and tenants.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working on routine building maintenance issues and office renovations.
• Required skills include good carpentry, drywall and painting skills in addition to basic electrical and plumbing skills.
• Ability to diagnose problems, prioritize tasks, and work independently when needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Occasionally work at heights, including climbing and working on ladders up to 20 ft
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, and reaching overhead during maintenance tasks
