Customer Success Specialist

To support families in a virtual learning environment, the full-time Customer Success Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for newly enrolled families, guiding them through onboarding, conducting proactive check-ins, and addressing concerns while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serving as the primary point of contact for newly enrolled families and guiding them through onboarding Conducting proactive check-ins to assess needs and provide support, while maintaining accurate documentation of family interactions Leading re-enrollment outreach and retention initiatives, tracking metrics, and partnering with internal teams to enhance family satisfaction Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, family engagement, education support, or a related field Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems and communication platforms Experience using Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment Reliable high-speed internet service and a dedicated home office environment
