Role: Physical Therapist - Home Health

Location: Houghton, MI 49931

Coverage: Houghton, Keweenaw and partial Baraga County

Start date: 9/21/2026

Shift Options:

Shift: Days | 5X8s | Monday to Friday

Schedule details (hours per day/week): 36-40

Productivity expectations: 30 points per week

Contract Length: 14 weeks

PAY PACKAGE (Travel):

$2,726/week (Gross)

Hourly Pay: $68.15

Breakdown

W2 - $37/hr

Stipends: $1,246/week

Mileage reimbursement available.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience
• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) preferred.

Certifications & Licenses:

• Physical Therapist license
• BLS (AHA)
