Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, including conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, ensuring each session is productive and supportive.

• Utilize a diverse set of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to address various mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects the highest professional standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training programs, and staying current with the latest research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse range of clients, allowing you to address various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context, demonstrating your ability to engage and help clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorder treatment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your level of experience and the complexity of your caseload.
