This travel assignment involves providing comprehensive home care services to patients with diverse medical needs, ensuring their health and well-being in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Provide home care to patients with various medical diagnoses, including wound care, ostomy care, diabetes management, and more
• Perform blood draws and manage devices such as PICC lines and nephrostomy tubes
• Effectively manage care for up to 6 patients per day
• Travel within Ulster & Dutchess Counties, up to 75 miles per day, with mileage reimbursement
• Practice independently in all types of patient homes

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• NY RN License
• BLS certification
• 1-3 years of home care experience
• 1 year of recent clinical experience
• Ability to travel with a working vehicle in good condition
• Physical capability to exert up to 125 lbs. force
