Postcard Movers helps moving companies get in front of homeowners right when they are most likely to need a mover.

When a new home is listed for sale, we identify that homeowner and send a targeted postcard on behalf of a moving company in that area. This gives movers a simple way to reach high-intent prospects early, before the homeowner has made a decision.

We are a startup building a lean, practical marketing service for moving companies. Our focus is simple: help movers book more jobs through targeted direct mail.

Role Description

Postcard Movers is looking for a remote Sales Closer / Sales Contractor to help follow up with warm sales opportunities and turn interested prospects into paying customers.

This is not a traditional full-time employee role. It is a remote, 1099 contractor position with commission-based compensation. It is a good fit for someone who is motivated, comfortable talking to business owners, and interested in earning based on results.

You do not need to have years of sales experience to be considered. Sales experience is helpful, but we are also open to someone who is hungry, coachable, organized, and willing to consistently follow up with prospects.

You will be speaking with moving company owners and decision-makers who may already be familiar with the offer or are a good fit for the service. Your main responsibility will be to explain how Postcard Movers works, answer questions, follow up consistently, and help close new customers.

Responsibilities

* Follow up with warm leads and qualified prospects

* Speak with moving company owners and decision-makers by phone, email, LinkedIn, or video call

* Clearly explain how Postcard Movers works and why it helps moving companies reach homeowners at the right time

* Answer basic questions about pricing, targeting, direct mail, and campaign setup

* Follow up consistently with prospects who have shown interest

* Help close new customers and get them started

* Keep basic records of conversations, follow-ups, and deal status

* Share feedback from prospects so we can improve the sales process

Compensation

This is a 1099 contractor role and is commission-only.

You will be paid for closed deals. This role is best for someone who is comfortable with performance-based compensation and wants flexible sales work with upside.

Qualifications

* Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers

* Strong communication skills by phone, email, and video

* Organized and able to follow up consistently

* Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

* Willing to learn the offer, ask good questions, and improve over time

* Sales experience is helpful, but not required

* Experience with small businesses, home services, moving companies, marketing, or commission-based work is a plus
