Responsibilities As an Aerial Lineman on our Midwest Travel Crew, you will support aerial mainline fiber construction, maintenance, removal, and repair of fiber infrastructure. You'll work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with a high level of quality. You believe in doing the job right, being the best, and taking on the challenge. In addition, you will:

• Make safety a priority in every task, following all company, OSHA, and job-site requirements and using proper PPE
• Perform aerial mainline fiber construction, including strand and fiber installation, lashing, hardware installation, and maintenance
• Operate and work safely from bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other aerial construction equipment
• Read and understand blueprints, construction prints, and utility locates to safely complete work and protect existing utilities
• Work alongside the crew to complete construction, material handling, and other tasks as needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized job site

Qualifications About You: Safety is a part of your day-to-day. You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality. You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work. You are looking for long-term projects. You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team. You are an experienced Lineman with extensive knowledge of all equipment needed for aerial work. You are comfortable working in a bucket truck and climbing poles with gaffs. You have a valid CDL or are able and willing to obtain one within the first 90 days of starting. Open to travel M-F per diem (up to 50% within MN/WI and 50+ hours per week, depending on the weather), and working overtime consistently MOS Codes 2847, B05A, 3D157, 002599, 5699, 12P, 12Q relate well to this position.
