We specialize in Testosterone Replacement Therapy, Erectile Dysfunction treatments, Weight Loss, Peptides/Vitamins, and Hair Loss treatments.

Gameday is now hiring a part time or full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist at its Greenville offices. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

- Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone, text, and email

- Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text

- Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients to communicate updates, account issues, and answering administrative questions

- Processing payments and check out procedures

- Serving as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff

- Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment

- Performing other administrative tasks as directed by the Clinical Director and Owners

Skills and Qualifications:

- Professional image appropriate for work in a white glove, concierge clinical environment

- Ability to multitask effectively

- Strong writing and interpersonal skills

- Organizational skills and proactiveness are a must

- A willingness to learn, adapt, and receive instruction

- Clerical and computer skill experience required

- Previous medical/med spa administrative experience preferred but not required

- A team player mentality and positive outlook

- Punctuality and dependability are very important
