Lead Technician

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a hands-on Lead Technician to lead crews on a large project at SoFi Stadium. This person will oversee daily work, manage teams in the field, and help keep the project moving. Lead techs will be responsible for a small teams performing mounting, testing, terminating, etc..
Responsibilities
• Manage field crews (either cable pulling, installs, testing, etc.)
• Oversee day-to-day work on site
• Help coordinate tasks and keep project on track
• Support installation work
• Guide teams on routing cable, mounting equipment, and installs
• Ensure work is completed correctly and on time

Skills and Requirements
• 2+ years as a lead tech in construction environments
• DAS experience preferred - "Distributed Antennae Systems"
○ Coax, RF, ethernet/ cat6, etc.
• Experience leading multiple crews in the field
• Experience with cable installs, mounting, and general build work
• Comfortable working on job sites (ladders, lifts, etc.)
Mechanically inclined (tools, basic construction skills) Experience on large construction projects (Stadiums, office buildings, hospitals, etc.)
