Mechanical EngineerLocation: Irwin, PA Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0ResponsibilitiesDirect the engineering design team in producing assembly and part drawings to support sales quotes, customer inquiries, and new product initiatives, utilizing Creo CAD software.Oversee product configurations, bills of material, and component/assembly records within the ERP system.Partner with assembly, manufacturing, and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during production.Deliver technical support to customers, sales representatives, and internal sales/marketing staff throughout the pre- and post-sales process.Handle product design, layout work, testing, and evaluation, including incorporating automated systems where applicable.Act as the technical point of contact and project coordinator for sales orders that require cross-functional input from engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing.Take part in quality assurance audits and compliance reviews (Safety, ASME, CGA, and related standards).RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering disciplineMinimum of four years of hands-on engineering experienceComfortable managing multiple projects at once in a fast-moving work environmentHands-on 3D modeling background (experience with PTC Creo a plus)Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
