Compensation: $17.00-$18.00 per hour - paid weekly

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring a professional and courteous experience
• Answer, manage, and route calls to the appropriate department or staff based on customer needs
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the correct team members
• Monitor and respond to general inquiry emails or direct them to the appropriate department
• Provide basic information about the company, services, or contacts as needed
• Maintain call logs, message records, and internal directories
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document organization
• Support overall office operations by maintaining a clean, organized front office or shared workspace
• Assist internal teams with light administrative tasks as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Customer Service Assistant Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks or calls simultaneously
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, office software, and phone systems
• Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor
• Prior customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
