RN Patient Flow Orthopedics

UCHealth seeks an experienced RN to coordinate patient flow for our Orthopedics unit. In this role, you’ll manage admissions, transfers, and discharges to optimize bed utilization and ensure safe, timely patient placement. You’ll collaborate with physicians, case management, and ancillary teams to prioritize clinical needs and streamline care transitions. Responsibilities include direct patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and supporting staff with complex cases.
