divh2HR Business Partner/h2pSupporting our Contact Centers, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who can provide day-to-day and strategic guidance on people and organization development strategies in support of Integritys goals./ppThis role is a great fit if you thrive in dynamic, matrixed environments, have experience in large organizations (500+ employees), and are skilled at navigating both corporate and field HR challenges. Experience in a contact center or high-growth environment is highly valued, bringing a proactive, adaptable approach to evolving business needs./ppLets talk job responsibilities:/pulliServe as the primary point of contact for Contact Center leadership and employees on Workforce Planning, Talent Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, as well as providing situational guidance./liliCollaborate and partner with Integritys People Culture COEs to provide valuable responses and solutions to our employees related to payroll, benefits, and company policies./liliSupport business unit leadership with talent management initiatives, including annual performance management process, employee engagement, succession planning, development planning and/or tools to support continuous development of our people./liliConsult with business unit management on promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with People Culture team and FPA Leadership./liliLead and support change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational transformations, HR process improvements, and workforce restructures./liliMediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations in partnership with leaders and legal team resources./liliUtilize people analytics and metrics to develop solutions and address gaps and capitalize on opportunities./liliConsult with business unit leadership on organizational design, restructuring as well as workforce and succession planning./liliProvide HR expertise in establishing HR procedures and best practices to guide our business units to achieve business excellence./liliFacilitate team building and professional development workshops as needed based on leadership needs./li/ulpYour experience and skills:/pulli4+ years of HR Business Partner experience, with strong expertise in Employee Relations and high-volume environments (Contact Center/Call Center experience preferred)./liliChange Management: Experience leading and managing business integrations, ensuring smooth transitions for employees and alignment of HR practices./liliAbility to design and execute programs that meet the needs of the organization./liliAbility to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help managers and employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals./liliProven ability to influence various levels of leadership without direct authority in both an in person and virtual environment./liliStrong judgement and analytical skills necessary to investigate complaints, advise on performance management, identify problems, and recommend solutions./liliExcellent internal consulting skills and ability to build partnerships at all levels within the organization./liliSignificant experience of managing change within the employee relations arena/liliDemonstrated expertise and comprehension of ADA and FMLA regulations./liliBachelors degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in human resources, business or related field./li/ulpAbout Integrity/ppIntegrity is one of the nations leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
