This is a key role to ensure customers are up to date on where their project stands and we're meeting expectations on time frames and invoicing. This role is ideal for an organized communicator with a passion for developing relationships, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:Manage intake of service requests from service customersDevelop and maintain positive relationships with customersCoordinate schedules with Service Managers to ensure projects are being scheduled promptlyCommunicate scheduling updates proactively to customers throughout the project lifecycleIdentify and develop process improvements as we look to grow our service division nationallyAssist in the invoicing process in Jobba and AcumaticaManage accounts receivable (AR) for our service and residential low-slope customersParticipate in quarterly service review meetings with our service clientsCoordinate with internal departments to support smooth roofing service operationsRequirements:1–2 years of customer service experience preferredHigh School diploma or GED requiredValid driver's license requiredMust pass background check and pre-employment drug screenStrong communication skills and proven ability to build client relationships effectivelyAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work long hours during the busy seasonStrong organizational skills with experience or ability to learn industry software (Jobba and Acumatica)Work Environment: This position primarily involves working in an office environment with frequent digital and phone communication. Must be able to manage multiple administrative priorities simultaneously.
