Wound Care RN: Outpatient Case Manager

Healogics is the nation's leading provider of advanced wound care, seeking an RN to deliver comprehensive patient care at the Wound Care Center. You will handle intake and discharge, support vein clinic activities after training, and may serve as Case Manager for assigned patients. Responsibilities include conducting initial nursing assessments, documenting care plans, and coordinating with physicians to meet patient outcomes.
